It's difficult to ignore the current discourse about emotional intelligence. According to studies, it is significantly more important for leadership performance than IQ. Don Phin's fast-paced seminar will introduce us to the concept of "emotional energy." He will help us understand the importance of our jobs and the strong 40|40 solution for "feeling" what is going on. Don will remind us that excellent leadership is an inside/outside game.
This is one-of-a-kind and insightful training because it is about you as well as them!
The most difficult problem for today's leaders is less about how smart they are and more about how well they manage their own and the emotions of those they lead.
Unsuccessful leaders and managers create million-dollar problems. The publicity they produce leads to lawsuits, turnover, brand harm, and a diminishing bottom line. However, few of these executives ever learned how to be executives.
Control is no longer a viable leadership technique; instead, engagement, empowerment, inspiration, inclusion, and emotional intelligence have emerged. This is the road to excellent leadership today.
